On-site Badge Printing for Live Events
Print badges at your event. In real time.
On-site printing turns last-minute attendees, walk-ins and typo fixes from a registration-desk crisis into a thirty-second job. Conference Badge’s Print Center runs in your browser, lets you select one or many attendees, and instantly generates a ready-to-print PDF with the badges populated and merged with your design. Send it to whatever printer you brought to the venue and you’re done. No hand-written badges, no apologetic Sharpie corrections — every attendee walks away with the same professional badge as the people who pre-registered six weeks ago.
Four things, all of which you probably already have
Any consumer-grade printer
The office printer works. The one in the basement works. Any printer that accepts PDF documents will do the job.
A desktop or laptop
The Print Center is optimized for larger screens, so phones and tablets aren’t supported yet.
On-site kits or any paper
Use our pre-cut on-site kits, an Avery product, or whatever stock you already have. The Print Center lets you fit the PDF to any template.
An internet connection
Everything runs online, so there’s nothing to install and you’re always on the latest version.
What’s in an on-site kit
Each on-site kit ships with paper that prints one double-sided badge per sheet — that’s deliberate, so you don’t waste eight badges every time someone walks up. The sheets are micro-perforated for easy tearing, and one plastic holder is included with each kit along with printer setup instructions. Two sheet sizes are available: 4″ × 3″ badges on A5 (5.83″ × 8.27″) sheets, and 4″ × 6″ badges on US Letter (8.5″ × 11″) sheets.
Made for events that can’t afford a hand-written badge
Large conferences pair on-site printing with pre-printed cardboard or insert-and-holder badges so the late arrivals look identical to the rest. Smaller events skip pre-printing entirely and run the whole guest list through the Print Center on the morning of day one.
